Duty Station: Home-based, with frequent travel to Ramallah/East Jerusalem

Requirements for experience and qualifications:

Academic Qualifications:

Master’s degree in an area relevant to the assignment, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics; or a bachelor’s degree in abovementioned fields with 10 years’ work experience. This is an in-out criteria

Years of experience and skills:

• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in data collection, analysis, storage and visualisation; This is an in-out criteria
• Solid academic knowledge and/or professional expertise in at least one of the following thematic areas: community development/resilience; multidimensional poverty; local economic development and/or local governance; and,
• Knowledge of GIS is preferred.
