Dean of the Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism
Bethlehem University is seeking an Innovative Academic and Administrative leader to serve as the Dean of the Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism, responsible for the management of the faculty and acts as an effective advocate for both his faculty members and the Administration. The principle role of the Dean is to insure that the Institute and the units belonging to it, achieve their agreed Academic & Vocational Training objectives as effectively as possible.

Educational Requirements:
Minimum of Master's degree in Hotel Management from accredited University, (PHD preferred)
Skills Requirements:
Leadership, team work abilities, research, management skills, excellent communication and inter-personal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in both Arabic and English Languages.
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of five years experience in the related domain as specified in the Job Description.
