Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP)

Creative Associates International, Inc. seeks an experienced and committed professional
for the post of Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) for an anticipated USAIDfunded Civic Participation Program in the West Bank and Gaza.

Job Description:
The DCOP will work closely with the Chief of Party (COP) in overseeing program operations and will be responsible for the technical direction and oversight of the civic participation grants component
of the program. S/he will be expected to interact regularly with project and Mission staff as well as with civil society partners and all stakeholders to the program.

Requirements:
Minimum of a Masters in social sciences, community development, communications, business international development or related field. At least 10 years of relevant work experience in above mentioned or related fields. Proficiency in oral and written English and Arabic.
