• Support Leadership: Assist the General Manager in daily operations and strategic planning.
• Team Supervision: Manage and motivate staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Operational Efficiency: Oversee scheduling, inventory control, and other administrative tasks.
• Financial Management: Assist in budgeting and financial reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 5-10 years of experience in retail management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Holder of Jerusalem ID.
