Design Team Leader

QUALIFICATIONS: (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS)

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is required.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

-    Minimum 15 years of demonstrable experience of successful achievement of producing designs, both initial outlines and full plans, of water and wastewater systems.
-    Experience in performing hydraulic analysis.
-    Experience in preparation of specifications and bill of quantities.
-    Project management experience across a range of disciplines, contract/procurement.
-    Experience managing and leading project teams to successful outcomes;
-    Good client and stakeholder relationship building skills;
-    Effective communication with client’s project team.
-    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels and functions within the company;
-    A master’s degree in water and environmental engineering will be considered as a plus.
-    Previous Experience in USAID projects is an asset.

LANGUAGES:

Fluent in Arabic, excellent English speaking and writing skills.
