Devices Manager

Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage devices and solutions vendor relationships.
• Monitor market dynamics and trends
• Setting pricing strategy for existing and new products & services.
• Identify market potential and introduce relevant solutions with competitive pricing.
• Manage inventory through having continuous healthy stock levels
• Establish & implement strategies to revolutionize the company offering in terms of services and customer experience in handset related products
• Create products portfolio to monetize subscriber base through devices
• Align business targets with market research findings to achieve best performance.
• Identify strategic partnerships & negotiate deals to enhance profitability and company position.
• Optimizing cross departmental operations to reduce lag and assure accountability.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analysis and develop presentations.
• Work closely with technology team on configurations and change requests based on business needs.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Advance knowledge in excel and any other analytical tools
• More than 10 years of work experience in handsets business or any other related fields.
• Advance knowledge in technologies and trends
• Knowledge/experience in product/business development is preferable.
• Telecom experience is a PLUS

• Excellent verbal and writing communication skill.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Proficient in using Excel and dealing with large data.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Persistent with Ability of working long hours if needed.
