Job Description:

The Digital Marketer (DM) main purpose is to lead UCI’s digital marketing campaigns. The DM must use traction techniques to drive website traffic, generate leads, and increase the overall regional and international public awareness of UCI’s projects. The DM must also plan, develop and analyze web campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Research, plan, develop and execute digital campaigns and strategy through online channels and social media
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Manage and implement English Social Media content and strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Write blog posts and press releases in English
• Analysis of digital metrics using Google Analytics and other platforms
• Establish tactics on how to improve content delivery for each media channel
• Provide SEO analysis and recommendations about elements & structure of websites and web page
• Ensure accuracy & consistency of content with brand guidelines using SEO techniques

Required Skills:

• 3 to 5 years of digital marketing experience.
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Digital Media preferred.
• Immersed in social media and electronic communications (Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.).
• High experience with multiple digital media channels and traction technique.
• Exception writing skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and under pressure.
• Highly creative and resourceful with excellent research skills.
• Excellent knowledge of SEO and UX best practices.
