Digital Marketing Account Manager

Digify Digital Agency is seeking for Digital Marketing Account Manager. should be well-organized, a strong communicator, client-facing, rock-star that bleeds social media marketing. We are growing and need someone that can hit the ground running!

Job Description:

• Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
• Work with clients to create a digital & social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, and advertising campaigns, and research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients’ industries.
• Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology.
• Analyze and report social media actions monthly for successes and new opportunities.
• Create engaging and professional content that reflect client and their brand (Customize social media pages (ex. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), develop supporting offline collateral, create original content, etc).
• Stay current with social media trends and tools.
• Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
• Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a digital account manager, or a similar role.
• Experience includes but is not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and more.
• Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Knowledge of some SEO & Google Ads best practices is also helpful
• Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills.
• Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities.
