• Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across various digital platforms.
• Manage all aspects of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and community engagement.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and audience targeting.
• Create and optimize engaging and persuasive copy for digital advertising campaigns, email marketing, website content, and other digital assets.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, provide regular reports, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment of messaging across all digital channels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the team.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices for organic and paid promotion.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and also independently with minimal supervision.
