Job Title: Digital Marketing Officer

Location: Position base in Betounia Office

Duties and Responsibilities:

-    Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
-    Recommending and implementing digital marketing procedures and best practices.
-    Develop, implement and manage social media activities, content and campaigns.
-    Optimize content on website to advance search performance and lead gen activity.
-    Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaign
-    Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
-    Assist in tracking and improving the traffic and performance of our website and social media/networks
-    Assist in researching new online media opportunities that may benefit our customers and business

Required Skills and Qualifications:

-    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
-    Previous experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media.
-    Knowledge of SEO, SEM, web development/analytics tools, social media marketing applications/monitoring platforms.
-    Experience implementing online advertisement on, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, AdWords and/or similar platforms.
-    Strong data management skills.
-    Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
-    Good analytical and time management skills.
-    Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
-    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
-    Good Knowledge of graphic design and using Photoshop
-    Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
