Responsibilities Include:

Develop a comprehensive global user communication strategy for the assigned lifecycle stage and tailored to the brand, product and users.
Initiate the requirement and manage the development process of global creative that has a laser focus on the user insight and delivers user engagement and response
Work with creative agencies, internal and external, creating precise insight-led briefs and steering the creative process that will drive engagement and response
Own the delivery of creative, through internal/external providers but also by developing copy where necessary
Day-to-Day Digital outreach operations.
Support the Marketing team in the execution and development of efficient partnerships, and the development of creative campaigns
Create and manage an effective email marketing plan.
To help in writing articles, blogs, press releases, statements and internal and external briefings as required.
Monitoring and analyzing responses to Digital Marketing Ads/campaigns and coordinating with the Sales team for received inquiries/leads.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport
Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
Able to work independently as well as with a team
A keen understanding of and a passion for digital marketing trends and innovation is essential.
Strong analytical skills are required, including a good understanding of consumer insight tools such as FB pixels and Google Analytics.
2-10+ years experience in marketing for a software company and/or startup
