Mecal is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the following position:

Digital Marketing Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage, design, develop and execute all website updates and initiatives
• Promote product features and support through best web practices and design
• Analyze web metrics to improve the user interface and experience and maximize conversions and revenue
• Assists marketing, sales, and support in designing and improving customer-facing and internal guides, PowerPoints and other product datasheets
• Create detailed design specifications under deadlines that can be handed off to developers for implementation
• Design wireframes and prototypes from concepts or from existing interfaces
• Present design ideas and rationale effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Participates in the design, development, and implementation of product marketing campaigns for Progeny and communicates with management on product performance issues or market changes       
• Develops measures to track the effectiveness of relevant marketing efforts including competitor matrices

• Develops web content and manages social media platforms
• Maintain and apply a library of image assets to marketing materials to maintain brand consistency

Technical Competencies (Skill, Abilities and Capabilities):              

• Expertise in responsive web design and development with the ability to implement the latest trends
• Expertise in SEO, interpreting analytics and user patterns to maximize visibility and conversion
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite or any other design tool application
• Proficient knowledge of CSS, HTML and other web languages and frameworks, such as Bootstrap
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Years of Experience: 5-7 years.
