A large reputable telecommunication company in Palestine wishes to recruit highly motivated personnel for the following opportunity:

• 3 years of experience owning large-scale customer facing digital products or services
• 3 years of product experience with customer-facing applications or customer service applications
• Experience with digital technologies, media, e-commerce, payments, or subscription businesses
• Demonstrated track record of leading product teams, including customer research, UX and technology leaders, in the discovery process to define optimal customer experiences
• Demonstrated ability to manage both internal and external partnerships on programs from concept-to-delivery to ensure that products and roadmap priorities meet customer expectations and needs
• Monitor & identify customer needs staying current on industry standards and trends and respond by adjusting user experience and product roadmaps
• Mobile Application experience a plus
• Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and client relationship skills)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering executive level presentations
• Ability to drive results independently, but thrives in collaborative environments
• Has a deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting and acting on productive feedback
