The association of Young Entrepreneurs Palestine (YEP) is a membership based, non-profit, non-governmental Palestinian organization that aims to assist young Palestinian entrepreneurs to succeed in all their endeavors and contribute actively to the socio-economic development of Palestine. YEP has the vision of bringing the younger generation of entrepreneurs to play a major role in shaping up the economic future of Palestine.
YEP intends to appoint a director that will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Strategic and operational management of the organization.
- Ability to raise funds for the organization different projects and programs.
- Provision of services to YEP members and to the public.
- Conduct workshops, seminars and events on different business and economic topics.
- Promote advocacy role for young entrepreneurs with the government.
- Responsible for the preparation of yearly budgets and overall financial documentation.
- Manage all personnel in the organization, and ability to upgrade personnel policy and administration systems.
Qualifications required:
- At least 7 years experience in similar organization.
- Masters degree in Business administration, management, international business or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Arabic languages.
- Professional use of the computer, email and internet.
- General knowledge of the Palestinian economy and economic institutions.
