Director for DTA Museum for the Palestinian National Heritage and Dar Isaaf Al-Nashashibi for Culture, Arts and Literature
 
Job Description:

- Plan and implement strategies and goals for both DTA sections
- Supervise cadre for both sections and their professional development
- Coordinate with DTA Administration for directing cadre and activities of both sections
- Make administrative decisions and follow up work matters including correspondences and administrative reports

- Develop networks with professional organizations and individuals specialized in arts, culture, heritage, history and literature

-Coordinate for lectures, conferences, publications, shows, workshops, forums and cultural tours

-Fundraise and supervise the marketing of both sections' activities and productions

-Initiate creative development ideas to recruit huge number of vistors and supporters of both sections

Qualifications:

-MA in administration
- Not less than 6 years of experience in managing cultural and artistic organizations

-Open leadership and communication skills

-Professional writing skills as for communications, reports and projects' proposals

-Fluency in both arabic and English
