Director of HR & Administration
The Human Resource & Administration Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource & Administration department ,and ensuring of implementation of the company mission and talent strategy.
The primary job responsibilities of the Director, Human Resources and Administration include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and implementing HR & Admin initiatives in line with organizational objectives
- Leading the organization’s HR & Admin Functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management HR information systems (HRIS) and financial planning of the department
- Liaising directly with the executive board and being accountable for the performance of the HR function and the departments within it, as well as providing strategic counsel on all people matters.
- Contributing to long-term goals around business and people development, including succession planning, talent development and career development.
- Developing company wellbeing, health, and counselling policies
- Leading the analysis of employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture
- Taking oversight of the company’s culture.
- Responsible for HR and Administration department budgets; review and negotiate HR-related contracts and agreements.
- Oversee all matters relating to facilities and administration, including building lease, front desk, supply resource management and records functions
- Ensure compliance with local laws and best practices in HR and Administration procedures so that they are efficient, accurate, timely, and responsive.

BA degree required; MA preferred
Minimum of 10 years HR experience; at least 5 years in a management role.
HR experience in High-Tech Industry is preferred
Strategic talent management and/or employee relations experience strongly preferred
Experience leading organizational change & culture development
Experience developing training and development plans
Experience having worked with a high-performance, collaborative, constructive peer group
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to and passion for CORA's mission
Professional HR certification is highly desired (SHRM-SCP/CP, SPHR/PHR)
