Palestinian electricity regulatory council (PERC) is a new institution established by the National Authority in 2009. PERC will be responsible for the organization of the electricity sector in Palestine. PERC is seeking to recruit dynamic and highly motivated Palestinian citizens for the following senior
position:

Responsible for providing technical support to council and all PERC units as required on tariff matters concerning the regulated utilities. This involves collecting and reviewing data and providing recommendations to the council on tariff requests to balance the interests of the consumers and the licensees.

Main Qualifications:
1-Bachelors or Master’s degree in economics, finance, or accounting; prefer post-graduate degree
2-  7 years or more related professional experience, preferably in a senior executive position
3-Knowledge of power sector
4-Fluency of English required
