A local compny located in Palestine is looking for Division Managers for Retail Shops in according to the following:

The Divisional Managers will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our retail shops in their division, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of retail operations in the division, including sales, merchandising, staffing, selection and customer service
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and growth, including promotions, product launches, and targeted marketing campaigns
Ensure that the division is meeting sales targets and performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to improve results
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and operations, to develop integrated plans for the division
Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes to strategy or operations
Oversee inventory management and product merchandising, ensuring that products are displayed effectively and in accordance with brand standards
Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field
Good experience in management
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
Passion for driving sales and growth
Knowledge of retail operations, including sales, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service
Understanding of financial management, including budgeting and expense tracking
Familiarity with retail technology and point-of-sale systems
Ability to travel within the division as needed
