Medical Home Service Project
Doctors WorldWide - Turkey is Announcing a job vacancy for the project of Medical Home Service No. (3-2015) and invite applicants to submit their applications according to the followings:
Qualifications:
-Conduct office work and field work with the project team according to your profession.
-Conduct periodic visits for the beneficiaries of the project to make medical assessment and treatment plan, whether in-house or inside a health clinic.
-Provision of medical services to beneficiaries in their homes, health clinic or any place determined by Project Coordinator.
-Follow up the beneficiaries after medical interventions according to the treatment plan and make the necessary changes in the Medical Plan according to each individual needs.
-Follow up all the cases that intervened by DWWT Volunteer Medical Teams.
-Generate periodic reports for work progress and according to Project Coordinator instruction.
-Fill the projects standard forms and update it according to each case and by the progress of visits.
-Provide any necessary medical information and help for the beneficiaries and their families for the proper ways and mechanisms to deal with their current situation.
-Provide medical advice to elevate the patient situation on both psychological and medical status to the best level.
-Perform any needed training for other project staff or beneficiaries and their families which will be determined and planned by the Project Coordinator.
-Make periodic project team evaluation.
-Organize and archive project medical documents (both soft and hard copies).
-Coordinate with project team to implement the treatment plan and in case of any changes in the patient case.
-Follow and adhere to administrative sequence and chain of commands.
-Perform any tasks assigned by the Project Coordinator.
-Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of patients and project works.
-Have full responsibility for actions toward the patient’s treatment according to the profession code of ethics and the way of implementing these services.
Required Skills and Competences:
-Bachelor degree in medicine from an accredited university with practical experience not less than 2 years in same field.
-Gender: male/ female.
-Has a practicing license from the Ministry of Health.
-Good looking and courteous in speech and able to persuade the assigned tasks.
-Team player and working under pressure.
-Computer skills and using of Microsoft office.
-Preparing and writing report by English and Arabic language.
-Fluent English language (Reading, Writing and Speaking).
-Ability to work under emergency situation.
