Palamara is looking for Document Control & QA/QC Engineer  for USAID  Building Projects to be located in Jenin and Tulkarem  Areas according to the following:

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Proven knowledge of construction documentation.
• Proven previous Experience as a Quality  Control Engineer for Buildings and Vertical Structure  Projects .
• Advance Knowledge of Standards & Codes
• Knowledge of the construction process, proven abilities in planning, organizing and implementing work priorities to ensure the orderly flow of construction documentation throughout the construction process.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating directly with project management, technical leads, and administrative personnel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work effectively with project managers, engineers……etc.
• Strength in working with details required. Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.
• Very good command of English Language.
• Previous Experience in USAID projects is an asset.

Qualifications:

• BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or any other relevant discipline
• Minimum 10 years in Experience in similar Projects
