Performing the tasks of transporting authorized goods and passengers in an MSF vehicle, ensuring its technical and safety conditions and respecting the country's traffic rules and MSF security rules, in order to provide a safe, smooth, and efficient service.

تنفيذ مهام نقل البضائع والركاب المصرح لهم في مركبة تابعة لمنظمة أطباء بلا حدود، والتأكد من حالتها الفنية وسلامتها واحترام قواعد المرور في البلاد وقواعد الأمن التابعة لمنظمة أطباء بلا حدود، من أجل توفير خدمة آمنة وسلسة وفعالة.

 

 

Accountabilitiesالمسؤوليات                                                                                                            

 

•             Checking daily, the technical conditions of the assigned vehicle (state of the tires, oil, fuel, brakes, radio equipment, spare parts, etc.), performing weekly checks according to the MSF Logbook, refilling it when necessary, and keeping it clean to ensure it can be driven in perfect conditions. Carrying out a handover if another uses the vehicle.

•     فحص الشروط الفنية للمركبة (حالة الإطارات، الزيت، الوقود، الفرامل، معدات الراديو، قطع الغيار، إلخ) يوميًا، وإجراء فحص أسبوعي وفقًا لسجل منظمة أطباء بلا حدود، وإعادة تعبئتها بالوقود عند الضرورة، والحفاظ عليها نظيفة لضمان قيادتها في ظروف مثالية، وكذلك تسليمها إذا كان شخص آخر يستخدم السيارة.

 

•             Ensuring the security of passengers in the vehicle, driving carefully, and observing speed limits and traffic rules in the country as well as MSF security rules, in order to avoid car accidents.

•     ضمان أمن الركاب في السيارة، والقيادة بعناية، ومراعاة حدود السرعة وقواعد المرور في الدولة، وكذلك قواعد منظمة أطباء بلا حدود الأمنية، من أجل تجنب حوادث السيارات.

 

•             Ensuring all passengers have all necessary papers in order before traveling and ensuring non-MSF staff signs disclaimers of responsibility before using the vehicle.

•        التأكد من أن جميع الركاب معهم جميع الأوراق اللازمة قبل الحركة، والتأكد من توقيع غير العاملين في منظمة أطباء بلا حدود على إخلاء المسؤولية قبل استخدام السيارة.

 

•             Ensuring correct loading and unloading of the vehicle, submitting the documents to the receiver of the goods, checking the status of delivered goods, returning the duly completed documents to Logistics and ensuring that the goods have the necessary documents

•             ضمان التحميل والتفريغ الصحيحين للمركبة، وتقديم المستندات إلى مستلم البضائع، والتحقق من حالة البضائع المسلمة، وإعادة المستندات المكتملة حسب الأصول إلى اللوجستيات والتأكد من أن البضائع تحتوي على المستندات اللازمة.

•              

•             Ensuring that all vehicle documents and the driver's driving license are valid and in the vehicle.

•             التأكد من أن جميع وثائق المركبة ورخصة القيادة سارية المفعول وموجودة في السيارة.

•              

•             Informing the line manager of any incident involving the transportation of passengers and/or goods.

•             إبلاغ المدير المباشر بأي حادث يتعلق بنقل الركاب و/ أو البضائع.

•              

•             Knowing how to use all types of radios, codes, call numbers, and radio alphabets by heart and communicating with the base according to MSF communications policy to inform the driver's position and any potential implications.

•             معرفة كيفية استخدام جميع أنواع أجهزة الراديو والرموز وأرقام الاتصال والحروف الأبجدية اللاسلكية عن ظهر قلب والتواصل مع القاعدة وفقًا لسياسة اتصالات منظمة أطباء بلا حدود لإبلاغ موقف السائق وأي آثار محتملة.

 

•             Knowing and respecting the security rules related to vehicle movements, specifically those related to customs, checkpoints, and roadblocks. Ensuring all passengers know and respect the security rules.

•            معرفة واحترام القواعد الأمنية المتعلقة بحركة المركبات وتحديداً تلك المتعلقة بالجمارك ونقاط التفتيش وحواجز الطرق. التأكد من معرفة جميع الركاب بقواعد الأمان واحترامها.

المستوى التعليمي     

•        Essential literacy and driving license. Good knowledge of country roads.

القراءة والكتابة ورخصة القيادة أمران ضروريان. معرفة جيدة بالطرق الريفية.

الخبرة                 

•            Essential 2 years minimum of previous driving experience.

 خبرة قيادة سابقة لمدة سنتين كحد أدنى.

•            Desirable experience with specific vehicles to use (4x4, boats, motorbikes, etc.).

يفضل من له خبرة مع مركبات محددة الاستخدام (4x4، قوارب، دراجات نارية، إلخ).

•            Desirable in MSF or other NGOs.

يفضل من له خبرة مع منظمة أطباء بلا حدود أو أي منظمة غير حكومية.                    

اللغات                 

•        Mission language and local language essential.

لغة المهمة واللغة المحلية ضروريان.

المعرفة
