UNIFEM oPt is seeking to recruit qualified candidates for the following positions:

Project : Socially Responsible Development through Women-run School Canteens

 

Ref # 3/1
Duration: 3 months (possibility of renewal)
Contract: SSA

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
-Ensures provision of reliable and safe driving services
-Displays safe and highly developed driving skills in all weather conditions and operational environments.
-Ensures proper day-to-day maintenance of assigned vehicles
-Provides liaison and interpreting capability to support the activities of international staff operations at checkpoints, public venues and premises
-Ensures that all immediate actions required by rules and regulations are taken in case of involvement in accidents.

Qualifications:
-Secondary Education.
-Valid Driver’s license.
-Current driving experience – Public Transportation, safe driving record; knowledge of driving rules and regulations and skills in minor vehicle repair.
-Capacity to undertake training in the handling of armored vehicles.
-Minimum of Two years related driving experience.
-Language Arabic/ English/ Hebrew is an asset.
