BCI is intending to recruit a highly qualified individual to fill the position of:

E-Commerce Officer      Ref. No (HR-ECO-01)

Main responsibilities:

-        Adding/Editing products from within the back end.
-        Updating stock and prices regularly.
-        Updating content of the website, such as pages, homepage banners and other.
-        Creating reports, checking analytics tools to regularly monitor website traffic.
-        Work on website SEO (Meta Information) (Search Engine Optimization)
-        Contacting customers to confirm orders then processes orders on the site.
-        Handle communication with the social media agency for online offers.
-        Handle communication with shipping courier.
-        Handle communication with the designer.
-        Keep an eye on the website to make sure all is functioning and continuously suggesting enhancements to development agency, as well as reporting bugs if any Job.

Requirements:

-        Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business,
-        1 year experience in e-Commerce websites and ecommerce business, technicalities, best practices and online customer behavior
