IntraHealth International Inc. is the implementing partner for the USAID funded Palestinian Health Capacity Project (PHCP). IntraHealth- PHCP is looking for experienced professional to be based in its Ramallah Office for the following position:

E-Referral Technical Manager

The E-Referral Technical Manager will provide technical leadership, technical assistance and capacity building to PHCP and Palestinian Ministry of Health (PMOH) staff (Referring hospitals, Service Purchasing Unit (SPU) and e-Referral admins) and the Referral facilities (service providers) for the implementation and monitoring of e-Referral system in all of its stages.

Applicants should have at a minimum, a bachelor's degree in computer science, clinical and/or public health informatics or a relevant field; a masters' degree is preferred; 7 years of experience implementing and providing technical assistance in health information systems; 2 years of experience as SQL server database administrator, in HIS data reform and improved data quality; with strong English communication skills.
