The Welfare Association (WA), is a private non-profit organization supporting Palestinian development and relief efforts, is seeking a dynamic leader and team builder with excellent conceptual, analytical and coordination skills for the position of Program Manager Early Childhood Education Development (ECED). The ECED manager reports to the Director of Program Operations, and serves on the WA senior management team.

POSITION MAIN DUTIES:

1-Prepare detailed action plan of “ECED” Program and its projects.
2-Organize meetings, workshops for the steering committee of “ECED» program.
3-Participate in preparing strategies and policies of the “ECED” program.
4-Establish relations and network with steering committee members, and partners including donors and beneficiaries.

ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
1-Masters Degree in Education, preferable in Early Childhood education
2-At least (5) Years of experience in related fields
3-Strong project management skills and experience including planning, budgeting, monitoring,
evaluation, and time management.
4-Excellent command of languages (Arabic and English), spoken and written.
5-Excellent communication skills
6-Good leadership skills i.e., team leader, team player, decision maker, and conflict resolution.
7-Excellent computer skills (MS-Office, MS-Project, and Internet Applications).
