Educational Consultant for the NTDC project

Introduction:
Al Azhar University has received a Grant from the quality improvement fund (QIF)_ Ministry of Education and Higher Education- Tertiary Education Project _ Additional financing funded by the World Bank for the project entitled: "A National Teacher Development Center  ". The Grant aims to support the improvement of pre-service teacher education programs academically and professionally, through two pillars, the first one is capacity building for members of education faculty in the area of foundation discipline of education, where as the second one is reviewing and developing the curricula of the foundation discipline in the faculty of education.
Alazhar University is implementing the project in partnership with Islamic University – Gaza and Al-Aqsa University.

Al Azhar University intends to apply part of this grant for the selection and employment of highly qualified Educational Consultant.

Assignment Objective:
Assign a highly qualified educational consultant  to supervise the electronic educational journal.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1-Select a group of researches and studies related to Education and more focus on foundation discipline of education (locally, regionally and Internationally).
2-Upload the selected researches and studies on the NTDC website, regularly.
3-Contact with the International Consultant as needed, in order to coordinate with them the foreign researches and studies before uploading it.
4-Cover the International Conference of the NTDC, review and upload the researches submitted in the conference.
Deliverable

1-Submit an action  plan to cover the tasks within the allowed timeframe,
2-Deliver  a final comprehensive report including all detailed assignment and the references of all papers, researches and studies.


Essential Required Qualifications:
-Minimum Master degree in Education.
-Proficient in computer skills.
-At least 3 years experience in educational Researches.
-Fluency in English and excellent report writing skills.

Contract Type: Lump Sum.
