The Early Childhood Resource Center (ECRC), a leading Palestinian institution in the field of Early Childhood Education, Care, and Development, is excited to announce two key job openings within our team. We are looking for passionate and qualified professionals to join us in shaping the future of early childhood education in Palestine. 

Educational Expert

The Educational Expert will play a pivotal role in developing and reviewing educational materials, with a particular focus on early childhood care and education. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the educational landscape by creating innovative and impactful resources for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Legal Framework Review: Analyze and review legal frameworks and policies related to early childhood education, and provide recommendations for improvements.

- Educational Content Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive reviews of educational materials used in early childhood centers, assess their effectiveness, and propose improvements.

- Assessment Tool Development: Design and implement assessment tools tailored specifically for young children in early childhood care centers.

- Workshop Facilitation: Organize and conduct workshops aimed at training early childhood educators in curriculum development and innovative teaching methods.

- Capacity Building Collaboration: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including ministries and academic institutions, to develop and implement capacity-building programs for early childhood educators.

- Creative Innovation: Develop creative ideas for the design of posters and other educational materials focused on early childhood education.

- Feedback Collection and Iteration: Gather feedback from educators and stakeholders on draft educational materials and refine these materials based on the feedback received.

Qualifications:

- Master’s Degree in Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, or a related field with a specialization in Early Childhood Education.

- At least 7 years of experience in the education sector, with a focus on early childhood education.

- Experience in projects related to quality and equity in early childhood education.

- Excellent analytical and writing skills, with the ability to conduct data analysis, generate reports, and develop actionable insights.

- Strong presentation and advocacy skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and advocate for improvements in early childhood education practices.

- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
