Education:
 · Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, economics, international relations, development management or other development areas is preferred. Master’s degree preferred.

Work Experience:
· 2 years of  work experience required, either in a private sector, government or non-profit environment.
· Experience in working in challenging environments is beneficial.
· Understanding of the local political and economic context is strongly preferred, as is experience working in different cultural contexts.
· Experience in spatial mapping using relevant tools is an asset.
  Energy sector experience is preferred
