English and Arabic Teachers

Pal International Academy is seeking English native speaking and Arabic language teachers for the following grades:

Grades: KG2 and Elementary ( 1st ,2nd , and 3rd grade)

Location: Pal International Academy ( Ein Munjid)

Role:

Responsible for creating a classroom environment favorable to learning and personal growth of every student; establish effective rapport with students; provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical and social growth.

Special Requirements:

Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements in student learning styles.

Prepare lessons that reflect accommodations for differences in student learning styles.

Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, and equipment that reflect understanding of the learning styles and needs of students assigned.

Use technology to strengthen the teaching/learning process.

Assume responsibility for extracurricular activities as assigned - Sponsor outside activities approved by the campus principal.

Create classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical, social and emotional development of students.

Maintain a professional relationship with colleagues, students, parents and community members.

Compile, maintain and file all reports, records and other required documents.

Perform additional duties and accepts other responsibilities as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Applicant must have Bachelors Degree

Two years minimum in teaching experience with elementary school students.
Note: for Kindergarten teachers a two year degree is accepted and/or a child development diploma is preferred.
