Job Title: English Customer Service

Type of contract: limited contract

Location: Beit Jala, Industrial zone, near dighool pool, Alworod hall previously- Palestine

We are seeking for Fluent English speakers with excellent accent for a Tele-sales.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and respond to customer requests in a timely manner

Help the customers with their technical issues

Execute order processing through our custom software

Follow up with order status inquiries, return requests, and general service inquires

Help promote the company’s services by enhancing customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business

Provide initial problem resolution to customers and escalate to next level of support when required

Perform other duties as assigned when calls/fax/voice mail volume is low

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any related field

Skills and Knowledge

1. Fluent English Speaker
2. Working hours: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM Palestine Time and you have to be available ( Full time job)
