English Sales Representative

Job Title: English Sales representative

Type of contract: limited contract

Location: Beit Jala, Industrial zone, near dighool pool, Alworod hall previously- Palestine

We are seeking for Fluent English speakers with excellent accent for a Tele-sales.

Responsibilities

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product or the service using scripts-

Answer questions about products/services & about the company-

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales-

Enter and update customer information in the database-

Take and process orders in an accurate manner-

Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales-

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information-

Requirements:

-Available for all Work shifts and times :24/7 with Shifts 7:00 - 15:00 PAL Time / 15:00 - 23:00 PAL Time /23:00 - 7:00 - PAL Time with flexible weekends

-Work will be from home.

-Experience in sales 

-Fluent in English (Including reading, writing & speaking) with excellent accent

- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and Microsoft office programs. 

-Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

-Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

-Motivated and have good analytical thinking,

-Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members,

-Demonstrated excellent communication skills (written and verbal),

-strong work ethic, with a demonstrated commitment to achieving results.
