 QUALIFICATIONS: (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS)

WORK EXPERIENCE:

-    Minimum 12 years of demonstrable experience with environmental impact assessments and with environmental issues related to water and wastewater projects.
-    Demonstrated, extensive, practical experience preferably including USAID and international projects.
-    Excellent analytical skills.
-    Effective communication with project team.
-    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels and functions within the company;
