Palamara Consulting Engineers is locally recognized consulting firm that provides engineering, architecture and construction management services in Palestine

Palamara is seeking to hire a highly qualified candidate for the position of Environmental Specialist with the following minimum qualification and requirements

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor degree in environmental sciences, environmental engineering or related degrees
• Minimum 10 years of demonstrable experience with environmental impact assessments and with environmental issues related to infrastructure projects.

Specific requirements:

• Proven experience in Preparing and /or Review environmental impact assessments 
• Demonstrated, extensive, practical experience preferably including international funded projects.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Effective communication with project team.
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels and functions within the company.
• Very good command of English Language.
• Computer skill in Microsoft office, and related Software.
