INJAZ Palestine is part of the global organization Junior Achievement that was established in 1919, in which over ten million students participate in over 124 countries annually. JA Worldwide is the worlds largest organization dedicated to inspiring and preparing young people to succeed in a global economy.

Through partnerships with the private sector and educational sector, INJAZ provides relevant programs delivered by trained volunteers from the Palestinian private sector companies to inspire and educate youth about entrepreneurial and leadership skills, helping to enhance their economic opportunities. INJAZ is seeking a candidate as Evaluation Consultant.


Objectives
The evaluation consultant is expected to support INJAZ team to measure the gap between the defined training outcomes, and the actual achieved outcomes, based on the students pre-post tests

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Carefully studying INJAZ M&E tools.
Designing a suitable statistical analysis template on SPSS. (Entering the data in the template will be INJAZ responsibility).
Support INJAZ staff in the M&E process.
Conducting a full statistical analysis.
Preparing and submitting a final report highlighting the improvement in the targeted students knowledge and skills.

Deliverables
The following deliverables will be required to submit:
Statistical analysis template on SPSS
Draft report presenting all findings and recommendations.
Final comprehensive report documenting all the findings, including but not limited to: implemented activities, statistical analyses results, findings, recommendations, proposed corrective actions.

Qualification and expertise required:
At least 2 years of work experience.
Abilities in statistical analysis of qualitative and quantitative data using SPSS
Be able to communicate, present and report in English effectively.
Excellent computer skills
