Executive Administrative Assistant – Exceptional career opportunity to work in a demanding and fast pace work environment where work ethic, efficiency, judgment and a self-starter attitude are required to succeed.
Key Qualifications / Qualities:
-Expert English/Arabic language skills.
-Resolute work ethic
-Aggressively Efficient / Quick Learner
-Undergrad in Finance / Business / Accounting.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.
Key Responsibilities:
Dynamic role encompassing admin support duties and expanding into opportunities with greater responsibility including creating legal agreements, financial analyses, business development and project management.
-Executive administrative support
-Translate documents, reports, and analyses from Arabic to English and vice versa
-Answering phones, prioritizing mail, filing, photocopying, exercising good judgment on all matters
-Maintaining multiple appointment calendars and coordinating meetings with senior management of the firm
-Organizing travel arrangements and itinerary
-Composing and preparing memos, emails and presentation
-Undertaking any assignment (data entry to financial analysis)
-Liaising with other department assistants and providing backup when necessary
-Any other ad hoc duties as required
