Roles and Responsibilities

Your role as an Executive Assistant will revolve around helping the founders run the daily activities of the company effectively and efficiently. As an Executive Assistant, you will:

Help with day-to-day operations and logistics
Manage relationships with suppliers, partners, and government entities
Help with human resources management, including talent acquisition
Assist with purchasing and procurement, including negotiations with suppliers
Support with billing, contracts, and client management
Be the face of the company

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Ability to speak, read, and write in English and Arabic fluently. A third language is advantageous
Ability to work with teams
Positive attitude
Very good negotiation skills
Well-roundedness and business acumen
Very good presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy
Ability to work under pressure
