Executive Office Manager 

If you want to truly be a critical part of a company, here’s your chance. You’ll be joining one of the growing companies in the region. You’ll report directly with CEO while being a hub of communication between all the moving parts of the company. You will find yourself practically managing the headquarter office in Nablus, while working between sales, marketing, and administrative work.

Iris Solutions is a specialized provider for Sensory Environments. Sensory rooms are now well-known in both educational - schools, kindergartens,  nurseries, and rehabilitative - hospitals, daycare centers, clinics and other types of institutions. A sensory environment is specially designed to stimulate the senses with a wide variety of activities by organizing different inputs from the environment (sound, touch, taste, and sight) enabling the body to react effectively and assist the process of education and concentration. 

Currently, there are more than 200 institutions using Iris Sensory Environments in Palestine, Jordan, and Lithuania. We are looking for entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, detailed oriented personality, with a twist of a do good to world mindset, and interest in psychology and social science.

Here’s your mission, should you choose to accept it: 

SALES LEAD AND SUPPORT

Initiate sales through different channels.
Conduct market research and collect leads.
Manage CRM, and maintain it to be up to date on a daily basis.
Manage sales representatives daily schedule of sales demos.
Track sales targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Issue weekly and monthly sales reports.
Support Sales Director in preparing proposals.
 

DIGITAL MARKETING LEAD

Manage customer interaction and inquiries through different channels
Produce and manage marketing content production
Create and publish content on social media
Assist in preparing annual, quarterly, and monthly plans of marketing
Manage the company’s marketing and sales assets
 

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS

Archive digital and hard copies of sales documents and proposals.
Manage the office on a daily basis.
Track the team’s attendance, and manage vacations and leaves.
 

SECONDARY ROLE

Finance - collect office receipts and manage petty cash
Customer Service - support customer service efforts
Communication - facilitate communication between different departments and management
Act as the first point of contact for office
