What’s the Role?
As an Executive Partner, you will be the “right hand” to some of the region’s top business leaders. You will play a crucial role in supporting day to day activities of your manager. Your responsibilities will encompass financial administration, executive support, event coordination, and social media management to ensure seamless operations and high-level efficiency.

We are hiring multiple Executive Partners who will be the right hand to CEOs and Partners in tech startups, venture capital funds, and investment firms in the UAE and Saudi, to provide top-tier executive support and operational efficiency.
We are looking for candidates with various backgrounds including engineering, business administration, marketing, computer science and other fields.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Investment Funds: Process invoices, assist with financial audits, and coordinate with fund managers.
Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, prepare presentations, and manage meetings.
Event Planning: Organize investor gatherings, networking events, and handle logistical coordination.
Social Media Management: Oversee content creation and engage with the firm’s community to enhance visibility.
What We’re Looking For:
Background in finance, business administration, information technology, or any related field. Basic financial knowledge is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience in event planning or social media management is a plus.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
