Executive Sous Chef

On Board May/ June 2010
Directly assisting the Executive Chef, the candidate    is instrumental in leading and supervising the entire Kitchens including Pastry kitchen and Stewarding. Organized and energetic, must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be familiar with   kitchen organization, menu
engineering, quality control, hygiene & safety, food cost, stock turn over, manning, rosters etc.

Education and Knowledge: Work experience must be supported by a higher educational degree in their respective field of job application and supported by letters of recommendations.
