BA/LGHR Recruitment Company in recruiting experienced Back-End Developers for a leading Egyptian/Suadi software company to work full-time/remotely on their projects in KSA and the MENA Region. The company has friendly, flexible, and ethical working instructions and has been in operations for 10+ years.

Reporting to: Back End Team Leader

Type of Contract: Full time & Remotely

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Write effective, reusable, and scalable clean code.
2. Oversee junior web developers and evaluate their performance.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, Identify and correct bottlenecks in existing software.
4. Test, maintain, and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
5. Write and maintain technical documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.

Special Requirements & Skills: 

1. 4+ years of experience in Backend PHP, especially modern PHP framework (Laravel).
2. A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
3. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
4. Strong Knowledge of git.
5. Strong Knowledge of design patterns.
6. Strong Knowledge of MySQL.
7. Strong Knowledge of restful APIs.
8. Knowledge of web development security and performance.
9. Good with Linux environments.
10. Good with Docker,
11. Good with a unit test.
12. Able to Train & monitor team members.
13. Excellent in Planning & Architecture skills.

Total Years of Experience: 

4+ years of experience.

Education & Certificates Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Salary:

USD 800 - 900
