Human Resource and Development (HR&D) is a full-service consultancy and training firm based in Ramallah, with supporting offices in Hebron, Nablus, and Gaza. Since 2007, HR&D has provided direct consulting services in business and organizational development, monitoring and evaluation, and qualitative and quantitative research. We have also designed and implemented specialized capacity-building and training programs for a diverse range of clients, including government institutions, private sector companies, and local and international NGOs.
