EXTERNAL EVALUATION SPECIALIST
RFP Number: RFP-EV-2017/01

Qatar Red Crescent (QRC) intends to contract a consultant to evaluate the following projects:

-    The programme Psychosocial Support, Disability Services, Vocational Training, Small Business Grants and Educational Access for the Disabled in Gaza.
-    The programme Rehabilitation & Upgrading of Higher Educational Institutions in Gaza Strip
    
-    Those components are Co-funded by Al-Fakhoora Campaign and Gulf Cooperation Council in coordination with Islamic Development Bank.
-    The consultant must have A Master or higher level degree in International Development or a similar field related to the areas of projects management, education, health, psychosocial and socio economic development. With relevant experience of 10 years.
-    The consultant must submit both technical and financial proposals separately.
-    Proposals must be valid for 150 days from submission date.
-    Qualified consultants could obtain a copy of the RFP from Qatar Red Crescent 2nd floor Ghazi Al Shawa Building Al Wehda Street before Wednesday 06/09/2017, Interested consultant must present CV before obtaining a copy of RFP
-     Pre proposal submission meeting will be held on Thursday 07/09/2017 at 10:00 am at QRC office in Gaza.
-    Proposals must be submitted before Sunday 17/09/2017 at 12:00pm at QRC as above, and any bid submitted after that time will be rejected and returned closed to consultant.
