I-About Transcend:
Transcend Support is the first independent high value, multilingual contact center based in Bethlehem, Palestine. Our customer experience management (CEM) focused contact center offers a multi-channel and yet seamless strategy to customer interaction.
Transcend supports all avenues of customer engagement delivered across multiple channels such as web, social media, phone, e-mail, mobile and live chat
II-Objective:
Transcend is seeking to engage the services of an external legal advisor to support its work in all legal matters related to its contractual needs with employees, clients and other parties.
III-Service Requirements:
a-Work on legal matters related to new agreements and review of existing agreements.
b-Assist HR on revising employment and consultancy contracts to facilitate the recruitment or dismissal of employees/consultants/contractors and to ensure its conformity to Palestinian Labour Laws.
c-Prepare and review all local and international commercial contracts that the company enters to ensure its best interests are safe guarded.
IV-Qualifications and core competencies:
a-Licensed Lawyer to work in Palestine
b-Proven experience in all areas covered under service requirements.
c-Ability to provide fast and timely input
d-Ability to provide all professional services in English and Arabic.
e-Demonstrating/Safeguarding ethics and integrity
f-Demonstrating corporate knowledge and sound judgment
