External Relation and Fundraising Manager

Agriculture Development Association (PARC) is seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

External Relation and Fundraising Manager

Proposed Location Ramallah

Qualifications and Requirements:

-Holder of Bachelor degree in Public relations, International relations, Rural development or any other related field) and master degree will be preferable.
-Minimum 10 years experience in public relations and fundraising
-Experience in development programs within the Palestinian context
-Efficiency in developing funding proposals and reporting
-Strong command of English (Reading, writing and conversation) and any other language will be preferable
-Proven analytical and communication skills
-High computer skills (Word, Excel, power point …..etc)
-Strong interpersonal skills  and ability to establish effective working relations with stakeholders
-Teamwork spirit and ability to work effectively under pressure and meet the deadlines
-Ability to plan his own work.
-Valid driving license
-Priority will be given to female
