External Relation Officer

The Agricultural Development Association (PARC) is a Palestinian non-profit and non-governmental organization.

PARC is looking to recruit an External Relation Officer  to work in its office in Ramallah

Location: Ramallah Governorate

Qualifications and Requirements:

1-Holder of Bachelor degree in Public relations, international relation, rural development or any other related field)
2-Minimum 10 years experience in public relations with international NGOs
3-Experience in development program within the Palestinian context
4-Excellent proposal and report writing
5-Strong command of English (Reading, writing and conversation)
6-High analytical and communication skills
7-High computer skills (Word, Excel, power point …..etc)
8-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish effective working relations with employees and stakeholders
9-Teamwork and flexibility to work effectively under pressure
10-Valid driving license
