Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Religious studies, or related field

• Minimum 3 years’ related experience in a NGOs or Faith based organizations

• Past project management experience

• Project management abilities, including ability coordinate trainings, monitor activities and budgets, and coordinate evaluations.

• Ability to write quality reports

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Excellent writing skills in English and Arabic

• Good experience in Project Cycle Management including, the development of project’s logical frame work and its components.

• Excellent people and communication skills and ability to share skills, information and knowledge with others

• Ability to conduct assessments and surveys, and to write reports

• Committed to achieve quality results and service

• Valid driving license

• Integrity and strong identification with WV Core Values
