Fellowship Coordinator

The Palestinian Health Sector Development and Reform Project (Flagship Project) Is a five-year project funded by USAID. The Project is seeking a long-term fellowship coordinator to support the capacity- building of the Palestinian Ministry of Health and NGOs through fellowships,  trainings, and residencies in accordance with USAID rules and regulations.

Education, Qualifications and/or Equivalent Experience
-Bachelor's   degree   required,   preferably   in   Social Science-related field with at least 6 years of experience in participant training administration, required.
-Knowledge of participant training rules and regulations (ADS 252 and 253) required. 
-Familiarity with the capabilities of qualities of local and off-shore training service providers
-Fluent reading and writing in Arabic and English.
