POSITION TITLE:Female Community Educator
DATE NEEDED:Start date: 1stth November 2014
End date: 30th June 2014

Scope of Work:
-Deliver workshop sessions to mothers of children living in the ARAs
-Provide mentoring and support to beneficiaries
-Provide feedback to Childhood Specialist on trainee response to workshop Material
-Identify female peer group leaders from workshop groups
-Help to schedule lessons and plan attendance of mothers
-Deliver pre and post test questionnaires to mothers to measure impact
-Utilize and collect attendance sheet and other required monitoring and evaluation tools
-Provide lists of materials required for workshops and/ or trainings
-Identify additional needs
-Any other activity as requested by line manager

-Participant Attendance Sheets
-Teaching material requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree
-At least 1 year of teaching or training in the field of mothers or children under 5
-Technical understanding of Child Psychology or Child Development.
-Progressive experience in working with communities/women groups
-Good English

Skills:
-Experience of working with mothers of young children
-Experience in teaching/training/Facilitation
-Flexibility and high motivation to learn
-Strong commitment to working with mothers and children under 5
