Field Assistant – Feedback Mechanism
Job Summary:
As a Field Assistant, you will support the functioning of the CRS Feedback and Complaints Response Mechanism (FCRM) for the emergency response in both Gaza and the West Bank in support of the Catholic Relief Services’ (CRS) mission to serve the poor and vulnerable. You will provide consistent and high-quality service and contribute to the proper stewardship of project resources to help ensure operational effectiveness in support of high-quality programming.
Roles and Key Responsibilities:
The Field Assistant will receive and document feedback and complaints received by various feedback channels of the CRS Feedback and Complaints Response Mechanism (FCRM). Specific responsibilities include:
- Receive calls on CRS toll-free hotline and WhatsApp account
- Check CRS E-mail and online anonymous feedback form on a daily basis
- Document all details from calls / messages / emails in the appropriate FCRM Case Registration Form
- Adhere to CRS accountability manners and values of handling feedback and speaking with persons of concern
- In accordance with the CRS FCRM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), communicate responses and announcements to persons of concern via relevant communication channels
- Coordinate with project team to update frequently asked questions sheet and stay updated on project activities
- Uphold CRS’ strict commitment to the safeguarding and CRS policies and procedures related to all complaints
- Coordinate with project team and FCRM Manager to resolve and close cases in a timely manner

Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma required. Professional Diploma/Certificate or courses in Administration a plus.
- Experience working in an office environment in a clerical or administrative role. Experience with a local or international NGO a plus.
- Experience with typing/word processing, data entry into online databases and forms, and working with various office equipment.
- Experience in MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and information management systems. Proficient in Word.
