Field Coordinator

Job Title: Field coordinator
Duration of Job: 6 months.

Background Summary:
The East Jerusalem YMCA Womens Training Program is partnering with Y-Care international in the implementation of a project on Empowering Young Women to Increase their Economic Opportunities and Participation in Decision Making in the Seam Zones of the West Bank. This project is for three years, and is funded by the European Commission (EC).

Key responsibilities:
-Coordinates all the activities in the targeted locations.
-Coordinate with all stakeholders in the area.
-Monitors the implementation of specific plans in each location.
-Monitors the results of all interventions undertaken.
-Support youth groups to design and implement actions.

Required Qualifications and Experience
A bachelors degree in the area of social work, or other relevant field.
1-At least three years of experience in community development projects.
2-Working experience in women and youth projects is a credit.
3-Ability to organize work , lead and deliver activities with high level standards, and proven track record in producing quality work
4-Prepared to work under pressure Computer literate especially Microsoft office applications
5-Good communication and writing skills in Arabic and English.
